a. We offer standard shipping for all orders made in Yez Design
b. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Malaysia National holidays).
c. For in-stock items, depending on the shipping method you select, your order should be processed and ship within 3 – 7 working days after order verification and credit approval.
d. We use flat-rate shipping of RM 12.00 for orders below RM 300. Despite the number of shipments you receive, you will never be charged more than the amount stated on your order confirmation.
e. Free shipping is provided if the order (after discount, if applicable) is RM 300 and above
f. All shipments are processed in our Malaysia facility to both east and west.
g. We do not deliver to P.O boxes
h. Orders will be processed and shipped once credit card authorization is received. For more information about payment options, click here.
i. You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have shipped.
j. International: We do not ship items purchased from this website to any other destination outside of Malaysia.

Return or refund policy
a. In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:

c. Item must not fall under return exceptions and custom products.
d. All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging including product bar code and accessories should be returned with the original box. Please note that shoebox found to be damaged upon return will be not accepted for refund payment.
e. Do not paste anything on the product or shoe box.
f. If your purchase was eligible for gift-with-purchase promotion, please ensure that the gift is sent back together with the returned item.
g. Please note that we will send back any return items that do not fulfill all conditions.

d. Your credit card will not be charged if you successfully cancel an order. You will receive an email confirming the order cancellation which the refund will be processed within 14 days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
